Do not blindly ban or firewall peers based on this data. Some low-scoring peers may be legitimate monitoring probes, crawlers, or nodes experiencing temporary issues. A peer showing zero recv or low throughput on a single snapshot is not necessarily malicious. If you want to avoid a peer, remove it from persistent_peers / seeds, and clear it from the address book if needed.
